Hello Friends!
Yes the picture you are looking at, is our new home.
And I'm going to call it "Our Morning Sun Home"
Since our street name is Morning Sun.
I love it.
So in the month of May, Matt and I started looking
at homes, we got an agent and at least everyday we would
see up to 5 houses a day.(It was exhausting but fun at the same time)
Towards the end of the month we were getting tired of house hunting.
We almost felt like we should take a break! But honestly,
I really did not want to. I wanted to find our home.
June came along, and we found it. We told our agent about Morning Sun Home
And she made an appointment right away to go see it.
The day came to go see it, and we fell in love with it!
It's perfect for us! It's not too big or not too small!
So,that same day we put it in an offer!
Few days went by, and with a little negotiation we got the offer!
Then we started the process.
But there was a little twist, the people we are buying the house from
they found a house as well, but can't move in until August.
yup, so that meant we have to wait. But Matt and I were talking about it,
and thought it was fine, we actually don't have any furniture. The furniture we use right now is
my mother-in-laws. So we thought it was perfect, while we wait to move in we could
buy furniture and things way may need for our new home.
So my peeps, I want to have a house warming party, but it will
probably not happen until September.
So anyway, on June 30th 2015
We closed on our house.
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood,
it's quiet and every time we drive by, neighbors wave at us!
The house is in Taylorsville, but right in the border of Murray. So it's not too far west.
